For the Wellness Suites, we require either advanced payment or a credit card as a guarantee, with a 100% penalty fee in case of a no-show.
Supplement for in-room breakfast is 5 € per service.

Conditions for the types Wellness Suite, Pool Suite®, Emotional Suite and Cromo Shower Suite
> For reservations with expected arrival after 9pm, a credit card is required as guarantee.
> Cancellation without penalty within 4 hours before the scheduled arrival time. For late cancellations, the booked rate will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.
> On Fridays and Saturdays, the "Afternoon short-stay" cannot last beyond 7pm, regardless of the time of arrival.
> From 9pm on Saturday the "Night Rate" applies regardless of the time of stay for the Emotional Suite and Cromo Shower Suite types only.
